01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the kissapk platform — including the website, mobile interface, and all associated services — you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kissapk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kissapk platform and close any account you may have registered. Your continued use of kissapk after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of kissapk is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kissapk strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided.
• You must be accessing kissapk from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a kissapk employee or associated entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the kissapk platform or any associated platform.

kissapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) kissapk account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account. kissapk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

kissapk applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with international gaming authority standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

kissapk accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Additional methods may be added or removed at kissapk's discretion. Deposits are credited to your kissapk wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawals are processed to a verified payment method that matches the account holder's registered identity. kissapk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for prior deposits. Standard processing times are:

• E-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost): typically within 2–4 hours
• Bank transfer (FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): typically within 4–12 hours
• VIP-tier accounts: priority processing, typically within 1–2 hours

kissapk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawals. Requests that trigger fraud or money laundering alerts may be held pending investigation, during which period the relevant funds will be frozen. kissapk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Malaysian banking system processing windows.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kissapk may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback arrangements, or other incentive schemes to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

General bonus policy conditions applicable to all kissapk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kissapk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, account collusion, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the kissapk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the kissapk platform and are updated periodically. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager.

kissapk reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date within the applicable window.
• There is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds that resulted in a manifestly incorrect price.
• kissapk has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing scheme.
• The event result is subject to a formal investigation by the relevant sporting authority.

Decisions made by kissapk in relation to bet settlement are final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process initiated in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kissapk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with kissapk games, odds feeds, or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the kissapk platform.
• Colluding with other players or platform insiders to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to kissapk support.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of the kissapk platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

kissapk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. kissapk provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you of how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing kissapk. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the kissapk platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of kissapk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kissapk platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kissapk content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kissapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kissapk platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Errors in odds calculation or game result display subsequently corrected.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

kissapk's total aggregate liability to any user for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposit balance held in that user's kissapk wallet at the time the claim arises, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

kissapk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kissapk applies technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kissapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notification on the kissapk platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of kissapk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority guidelines and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kissapk holds its operating licences. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kissapk platform shall first be submitted to kissapk's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a formal dispute, contact kissapk support with a written description of the issue, relevant account details, and supporting documentation.

kissapk aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through the internal process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant independent adjudication body as designated by kissapk's operating licence conditions.
